The Normal Theater is proud to be the presenting location for ISU FLAME their annual charity production of "The Vagina Monologues". The benefit proceeds will be given to YWCA Stepping Stones and Neville House Domestic Violence Services. FLAME is ISU's feminist group on campus empowering students to reexamine all aspects of our lives for how they have been socially constructed along intersecting lines of gender, race, class, ability, age, heteronormativity, and ethnicity. The Vagina Monologues – a selection of pieces from Eve Ensler's work sets about to raise awareness of domestic violence and abuse and correlates with the global V-Day movement.
You may purchase tickets in advance on ISU's campus in the Centennial East APL lobby 2/20-2/22 from 10:00am-3:00pm or in the Women & Gender Studies office in Rachel Cooper Hall 2/20-2/23 from 10:00am-4:30pm or at the door.
